Zapier Integration

To begin exporting leads from Facebook Ads to Relner CRM, you must first have a Zapier subscription. Additionally, you need to be logged into a Facebook page that has access to lead management, as well as logged into Relner CRM.

Step 1:

- Log in to your Zapier Account: https://zapier.com/app/dashboard

- Go to Dashboard > Zaps and create new Zap

Step 2:

- Click to Trigger and select Facebook Lead Ads , please make sure you are not picking “Legacy” option. Then select event "New Lead"

- Connect the Facebook account that manages campaigns on Facebook, or select your Business Facebook Account if it's already connected.

- In the "Trigger" section, select the page that is running the campaign and the form from which lead data will be extracted.

- Test the "Trigger" by pulling a record from the form.

Step 3:

- Click on Action and select Webhooks by Zapier

- In the "Event" field option, choose"Post"

- Go to http://app.relner.com/admin/zapier and copy your personal webhook url

- Insert your personal url into URL field

- At "Payload Type" field choose "json" value

- In the"Data" you need to fill in several fields that can be used for an export from the Facebook Ads form, depending on your company's preference and the data you collect from leads. Please add them without any spaces or other symbols: fullname, campaign, email, mobile, website, generalinfo, comment, language

Important

For the lead's name, you have the option to use firstname and lastname instead of fullname, depending on the data collected from leads. Additionally, please note that the instruction provides a full list of information that can be exported from Facebook to CRM. You have the flexibility to export all the data provided in the example or just a part of it, including the mandatory fields, based on your preference and requirements.

- Match the information in the fields with the desired data for the export from the Facebook Ads form.

- Click "Continue" and "Test Step"

- Check the exported test lead in the Relner CRM in Leads section.

- Click "Publish" to complete the integration. Keep this Zapier record running for instant export of leads from the ads to Relner CRM.
