WhatsApp CRM Integration Guide

By integrating WhatsApp with Relner CRM, you'll be able to send and receive messages from your leads and clients directly within the CRM. This eliminates the need to open additional apps like WhatsApp Business, helping to keep all communications transparent and centralized. This streamlined approach enhances the efficiency of your Real Estate Management.

Before beginning the process of integrating WhatsApp with your CRM, ensure you have the following items ready:

  • Admin rights on the Facebook Business page, including access to Payment Management.
  • A phone number that is not currently linked to any WhatsApp account and can receive SMS messages. If the number is already associated with a WhatsApp account, you will need to delete the existing account (please make sure to back up any crucial data from chats and contacts separately) before proceeding with the CRM integration.
  • An available payment method to be connected to the WhatsApp account. Although Facebook does not charge for the first 1,000 messages daily, a payment method must still be connected to use the service.

Facebook allows only two WhatsApp accounts to be connected to a business page by default. However, this limit can be increased by submitting a special request directly to the Facebook team.
